NTRC Padel Policies
We’re thrilled to see our padel community growing and to ensure that everyone has a great experience, we’re putting some housekeeping items and reminders in place starting Monday, August 26:
– Evening Reservations: To protect and maximize playing time for everyone, evening court reservations will be capped, with slots available in 90-minute increments from 6:30-8:00 pm and 8:00-9:30 pm.
– End of Slot Courtesy: Please leave the courts promptly after your reserved time, especially for the last slot of the evening, so our staff can clean and prepare the courts for the morning.
– Club Closing: The club doors close at 10:00 pm. Everyone needs to be off the premises by then for the lights to go off and the doors to be locked.
– Reservation Policy & Cancellation: To ensure fair access to competitive matches and maximize court availability, reservations that do not have a minimum of four registered players within 5 hours of the scheduled start time will be automatically canceled. For no-shows or cancellations within the 5-hour window, each individual will be charged the $35 reservation fee. Additionally, no back-to-back reservations are allowed.
– Members: Reservations can be made through the Club Automation website/mobile app or by calling the front desk at (469) 430-9399 ext. 1. Pro shop hours are Monday-Friday 7 am-10 pm, Saturdays 7 am-8 pm, and Sundays 7 am-6 pm. Members can reserve up to 7 days in advance.
– Non-Members: NTRC offers non-members the opportunity to reserve Padel and Pickleball courts for a booking fee, while tennis courts remain for member play only. Non-members must create a profile in our Club Automation POS/reservation system and have a credit card on file. Non-members can reserve up to 24 hours in advance
– Walk-ins: Walk-ins with two players are welcome on non-peak hours only, please note that if a reservation with four players shows up, the walk-in group may be bumped from the court.
– Padel Walls: Please avoid using the Padel Walls for repetitive backstrokes or as a practice wall. They are not designed for this purpose, and such use can lead to damage.
– Music on Courts: We allow music on the courts, but please keep the volume low and be courteous to others. No music is permitted during sanctioned matches.
– No Food on Courts: Please remember that no food is allowed inside the padel courts.
NTRC management reserves the right to implement new rules and make decisions in the best interest of the club, ensuring a positive experience for all members and maintaining a healthy community. Please note that these guidelines are subject to periodic review and updates. Any changes or modifications will be communicated to all members and clients as necessary. By participating in our Padel Courts, you agree to adhere to these guidelines and contribute to a positive and enjoyable environment for all players.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to seeing you on the courts!
