Residency Requirement for Couples and Family Memberships
To qualify for a Couples or Family Membership at North Texas Racquet Club (NTRC), all individuals included under the membership must reside at the same physical address. Proof of shared residency is required and may include, but is not limited to:

Government-issued ID showing the same address

Utility bill, lease agreement, or official correspondence matching the address for each individual
NTRC reserves the right to request documentation and to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to meet this requirement may result in a change to individual membership status or fees.
ALL MEMBERSHIPS are non-refundable and require a 30 day written cancelation notice submitted to asuarez@ntxrc.com. Memberships are billed the 1st of each month, with EFT drafts processed on the 5th day of the month. If a membership is canceled or allowed to lapse without payment, a reactivation fee equal to one month of dues will be required.
